**Fit**
Adjust the elastic strap until the mask sits securely against your face without excessive tightness. The contoured design should sit around the eyes rather than pressing directly against the eyelids.

**Use / What Not to Do**
Position the mask comfortably over your eyes and adjust the strap before sleeping. Do not overtighten the strap. If using the mask with a hot or cold gel pack, ensure the temperature is comfortable and safe for skin contact. Gel pack is not included.
