### FAQ

**Fit**
The tent measures approximately 200 × 165 × 130cm when opened and is designed to accommodate approximately 3–4 people. Check your intended setup area before use to ensure adequate space for the tent and securing accessories.

**Install / What Not to Do**
Allow sufficient clear space before opening the pop-up tent. Secure it using the supplied sandbags, ropes and stakes where appropriate. Do not use the shelter in severe weather, strong winds or other unsafe outdoor conditions.

**Care / Clean**
Remove sand, dirt and debris after use. Wipe the fabric with a soft damp cloth when required and allow the tent to dry completely before folding and storing it inside the carry bag.

**Defective Handling**
Inspect the fabric, frame, seams and anchoring accessories before each use. Discontinue use if the frame is damaged, the fabric is significantly torn or the shelter cannot be secured safely.
