How to Use

1. Check the battery level: Before use, confirm the battery level, and charge first if the power is low.

2. Wear and fix: Wrap the neck wrap around the neck and tighten the Velcro strap.

3. Turn on and adjust temperature: Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn on, default is 50℃; press the "Heating Button" to switch temperature (40/45/50/55/60℃ cycle).

4. Turn on massage: After turning on, press the "Vibration Button" to start massage, cycling through levels 1-3; press again to turn off the massage.

5. Turn off: Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn off the device, and the indicator light will go out.
